2. Products & Natural Material Disclaimer
We sell handcrafted wooden products including:
- Wooden Pooja Mandirs
- Wooden God & Goddess Statues
- Wooden Dining Tables
- Wooden Home Furniture
All products are made from natural wood. As such:
- Wood grain, texture, and color variations are natural.
- Minor size differences (±1 inch) may occur.
- Seasonal expansion, contraction, or minor hairline cracks due to climate changes are normal and not defects.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the final item.
These characteristics are inherent to natural wood and do not qualify for return or refund.
3. Religious & Devotional Items
Wooden Mandirs and deity statues are sold as decorative and devotional items.
We do not:
- Guarantee spiritual, religious, or ritual outcomes.
- Provide religious advice regarding placement or rituals.
- Assume responsibility for personal religious practices.
Customers are responsible for proper installation, placement, and use.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required by law.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
- Orders are processed after payment authorization.

5. Custom Orders
For custom-built Mandirs or furniture:
- Amount not refundable.
- Production timelines are estimates only.
- Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
- Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Design approvals must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Large furniture items may require freight shipping.
- Customer is responsible for ensuring delivery access (door width, stairs, elevators).
- Additional fees may apply for redelivery or special handling.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Customers must inspect items upon delivery and report damage within 48 hours with photo evidence.
7. Returns & Refund Policy
Standard (Non-Custom) Items
Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused.
- In original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective.
Custom Items
Custom Mandirs, statues, and furniture are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 24 hours.
- Provide clear photos and original packaging images.
- We may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
8. Limited Warranty
We provide a limited warranty of (specified months/year) covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural integrity under normal residential use
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Water damage
- Fire damage
- Termite or pest damage
- Normal wear and tears
- Improper maintenance
- Commercial use (unless stated otherwise)
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- Images
- Designs
- Product carvings
- Logos
- Text
are the exclusive property of Sai Creations and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
